By analysing property age, roof condition, building materials, and historical maintenance patterns, Vornir Trades will score every address in a suburb by likelihood of needing trade services. Roofers, plumbers, electricians, and renovators will be able to scan any postcode and get a ranked list of the best doors to knock on.
The same satellite data and scoring engine that powers Vornir Solar will be adapted for trade-specific signals. If a roof is 20 years old with visible wear, that is a lead for a roofer. If a property has no solar and old wiring, that is a lead for an electrician. Vornir Trades will surface these opportunities automatically.
