Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Vornir (www.vornir.com), operated by Vornir Pty Ltd (ABN pending), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Description of Service
Vornir is a property intelligence platform that provides solar potential scoring and analysis for Australian residential addresses. The platform uses satellite imagery, government datasets, and third-party APIs to generate property reports and prospect lists.
Account Registration
To use Vornir, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. One account per person. Business accounts may have multiple team members under a Team or Enterprise plan.
Credits and Billing
Vornir operates on a credit-based system. Each credit allows you to scan one residential address. Credits are consumed when a scan is initiated and data is returned.
- Credits purchased through top-up packs never expire.
- Subscription credits are allocated monthly at the start of each billing cycle.
- Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Subscription Plans
Vornir offers Solo, Team, and Enterprise subscription plans billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Upgrades are prorated. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital data services, scans that have been completed are non-refundable. Unused top-up credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase at our discretion. If you experience a technical issue that results in lost credits (failed scans, duplicate charges), contact us at hello@vornir.com and we will investigate and credit your account where appropriate.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the platform beyond normal use.
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Vornir data without written permission.
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to manipulate credit balances or bypass payment systems.
Data and Accuracy
Vornir uses publicly available government datasets (GNAF, CER, ABS) and third-party APIs (Google Solar API) to generate property scores and reports. While we strive for accuracy, scores are indicative estimates and should not be treated as engineering assessments or guarantees of solar output.
Property data including addresses, ownership status, and valuations are sourced from government records and may not reflect recent changes. Vornir is not responsible for decisions made based on platform data. Users should verify critical information through independent assessment.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Vornir platform (including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by Vornir Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Reports and data exports generated through the platform may be used by the account holder for their own business purposes. You may not claim ownership of the underlying data, scoring algorithms, or platform technology.
